Feinberg Financial was founded by Jeremy Feinberg, a seasoned financial executive with deep roots in the M&A, tax, and accounting world. Before launching the firm, Jeremy served as CFO of ClearShark, LLC—a leading value-added reseller of technology solutions with over $500M in annual revenue—for more than five years. Prior to that, he was a partner at a regional CPA firm where he led the M&A consulting practice and specialized in audits, tax planning, and business valuations.

Over his career, Jeremy has played a key role in 37 mergers and acquisitions totaling more than $1 billion in deal value. His advisory work has supported transactions involving major acquirers such as Groupon, KKR, Microsoft, and The Carlyle Group. He regularly serves as a sell-side advisor, valuation expert, and tax consultant across a wide range of industries.
